Genesis 1-11

When we read Genesis 1 rightly, it does more than inform our minds; it reorients our hearts. The creation of the universe calls us to stop, to listen, and to bow in humble praise before the true and living God, who alone is sovereign, omnipotent, and incomparable.

Big Idea: Our sovereign, powerful, and good God created all things in six days and deserves our worship and praise.

1. Worship God. He sovereignly created everything by His word.
2. Worship God. He powerfully created the universe in six days.
3. Worship God. His good creation reveals His goodness.
