Why Do We Give?

The Scriptures offer extensive guidance on managing our possessions, including money. Our attitude toward handling these possessions reflects our understanding of grace and our participation in God's plan.

Big Idea: Giving is a form of true worship of God that imitates his heart and extends his mission.

1. We give because we are the recipients of God’s gifts
2. We give because we are God's stewards
3. We give because we are God's guaranteed beneficiaries
