Dear members and friends of GraceHill Church

When we first began discussing the possibility of purchasing our building, it was difficult to wrap our minds around the amount we would need just to get the ball rolling. Yet, as we prayed and planned, we committed to trust the Lord—relying on Him to stir our hearts toward generosity and sacrificial giving for His kingdom, and to bring alongside us faithful gospel partners in this effort.

I'm happy to report that, as of last Sunday, May 18, we have now surpassed our goal of raising $100,000!

That date is significant. From the time we signed the initial escrow documents in March, we had anticipated signing the final papers around May 20. While scheduling conflicts have now moved our closing date to next Wednesday, May 28, we are reminded that God always provides at the right time. He is never early, never late. Praise be to Him!

Lord willing, as we complete the purchase next week, we pray that God will use this building for the advancement of His mission in Citrus Heights. In recent months, we’ve seen many new families from the neighborhood visit, and we long to remain here to serve them—and many more—with the Gospel of Christ, as the Lord allows.

Once again, thank you, dear church. Let this campaign stand as yet another reminder of God’s power and faithfulness to us.

Why This Building?

• A Gospel-Rooted Impact. We’ve been building meaningful relationships with our community and remain committed to preaching Christ in this city. Ownership will communicate to the community that we’re here to stay.
• A Gospel-Centered Partnership. We share a unique relationship with our landlords. They’re not just business partners—they’re Gospel partners who wholeheartedly support our ministry and are working with us to make this purchase possible.
• ‍An Ideal Location. Nearly half (47%) of our members and regular attendees live within a 5-mile radius, and 75% live within 10 miles, making it convenient for many in our church family.
• It Feels Like Home. Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of “test-driving” this building, and it has proven to be a great fit for our needs.
• Room to Grow. The facility provides ample space for growth, as we currently occupy only 50% of its capacity.
